If I opt for in-shop pickup, when can I pick up my flowers?

Pickup is on Friday from 10:00 AM -12:00 PM. If this time doesn't work for you, please contact us to arrange a more convenient time.

Are all items eligible for delivery?

Yes.

Can I order a custom color palette, outside of your two featured options?

Yes, but there is a $600 order minimum. (For example, an order of 4“small vessel” arrangements (value $600) would allow you to customize your color palette.)

When is the order deadline for weekend delivery?

Please place your order before 9:00 AM on Friday to guarantee Friday delivery, or to allow for order pickup until Friday 12:00 PM. If this pickup time doesn't work for you, please contact us to arrange a more convenient time. We want you to have beautiful florals at your table, so be sure to order early!

Do you deliver outside of the Toms River, NJ area?

We deliver to Lakewood, Jackson, Howell, Manchester, and Brick, NJ.

Do you offer flowers for events?

We are a boutique flower shop, and we take pleasure in crafting uniquely splendid arrangements for individual customers like you. We are happy to provide the pieces offered on our website for your event. Please note that we do not offer set-up services for events.

Do you rent out your vases?

We do not.

Can I bring my own vase to fill at your shop?

We currently offer only ready-made bouquets and arrangements in our vases, as featured on our website.

Can I order flowers to be delivered on a day other than Friday?

Yes. Please contact us to discuss your needs and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

For how long can I modify or cancel an order I’ve placed?

Order modifications are subject to availability. You may modify your order up until Friday at 9:00 AM by requesting changes via our Contact page. If we have the product you want, we’d be happy to accommodate. If it’s unavailable, you will be notified and you will receive the original product you ordered.

Please note that cancellations can be made until Thursday at 1:00 PM. After that, your order will not be refundable. Custom orders are final sale.

If I subscribe for a weekly bouquet in neutral colors, can I request to switch to Designer’s Surprise at any point?

Sure. We want you to love your centerpiece. Use the form on our Contact page to let us know you want to change things up.

If I subscribe for weekly flowers, do I get to keep a new vase each week?

No. We ask that you leave the vase outside your front door on delivery day. When we deliver your new flowers, we’ll remove last week’s vase.

As a subscriber, can I choose to purchase the vase to keep?

Sure. Please contact us via email or our Contact page, and we’ll charge you the price of your vase. (Vases range from $15-$30.)

Do I get the subscribers’ discount when I order an arrangement for a friend as well?

Yes. Your Best Buds discount will be applied to all of your orders.

Can I change my delivery address for just one week?

Yes. Please contact us via email by Friday at 9:00 AM.
